One home is possibly by famed architect W.R. Yelland.     1143 Keith Avenue listed by Norah Brower of Pacific Union.

I have studied his works for years and I would concur that this is his design style.  I am fortunate enough to have grown up in a home that was also possibly designed by W.R. Yelland.  When seeing the interior shots of Keith Ave and it's barrel vaulted living room ceiling it brings me instantly into the Yelland aesthetic.   The archway landing with an arched opening to the living room is reminiscent of his Mildred Cook home in San Leandro and possibly the Rindge Residence in Malibu.

The above photo is of our similar barrel vaulted living room ceiling in San Leandro.

The second home located at 2810 Webster Street and is designed by Walter W Dixon.  This home is perfect for entertaining and will make all your friends super jealous. This home is full of period details.  Time-travelling steampunk enthusiasts will love all the period details that are still intact in this beauty.  2810 Webster is listed by Bebe McRea of Grubb Co.
