Oakvale Park Inn bed-and-breakfast mansion rooms and guest cottages
I plan to have a mix of units available for rent as part of my masterplan.
Here is Oakvale Park mansion there will be five guest bedrooms with five bathrooms. The dining facilities and kitchen for all guests will be located here.
The row of cottages will look something like this; white picket fences, street lights, and cobblestone street.
The Tumbleweed tiny cottages will be stripped-down not have full kitchens, lofts or extra stairs and will be more along the lines of standard hotel rooms
Two Sebastarosa models will be on the west side of the mansion and used for a innkeeper house and a owner cottage

Repairs are underway at my antebellum mansion
The mansion is starting to look better.
All the damage in the kitchen has been demolished and removed.
All of the stained stinky carpets have been removed.
The exterior doors and windows now have sufficient weatherstripping.
The overgrown gardens have been tamed.

I don't trust Siri
Call me sciencephobic.
I was always taught that Mercury and Venus were between earth and the sun which would mean you would only be able to see those two planets when the earth was facing daylight from the sun.
Mercury and Venus would appeared to be black dots in front the sun, if you wanted to look at the sun.
But over and over again you hear of alignments between Mercury, Venus and the outer planets being visible together in our night-time sky.
How can planets that are between the Sun and Earth be visible with planets on the Earth to Pluto side?
Really, how are Venus and Mercury getting on the other side of Earth to be in our nighttime sky?
For this to happen their orbits would have to be greater than Earth's orbit making earth the closest to the sun what is going on?
Someone please explain

Time for an update
Hello blog followers I hope you're having a wonderful day.
My nephew has moved into my house in Indiana and is working on fixing it up to repair the damages done by my renters.
I'm about ready to head to the airport to pick up mother. She was on a one-week vacation to visit her brother in Las Vegas. Mom has had cancer since 2005. She's a stage four survivor for 10 years I'm very very proud of her.

Tumbleweeds for the B&B
Well, the condo I showed yesterday was 669 Square feet and continuing upon yesterday's topic, the Sanastarosa model from Tumbleweed is 750 Square feet.
That happens to be 81 Square foot larger. A very descent space for guests at my b&b as well as cottages for the innkeeper and one for the owner cottage.
What are your thoughts?

669 Square feet
When I get ready to move back to Indiana I plan to build some Tumbleweed tiny houses for me to live in and one for the innkeeper. They run about 650 to 800 ft.²
I'm sitting today today's open house and the square footage is just about the same so I'm thinking this is pretty dang livable, I like it.
I also plan to build about 10 of these cottages as guest hotel rooms. These Tumbleweed Tiny Houses are pretty darn large for hotel rooms!!!
Today's open house for the Cathy Brent team is located at 7323 Starward Dr., #17 in Dublin California listed at 274,000 A very nice deal
